Shipping Delay Notice: Due to overwhelming demand, we are experiencing a temporary slow down in order processing. All orders ship within 3 to 4 weeks after processing (excluding holidays and/or weekends). Customers will receive notification via the email address provided when item(s) have shipped. Please allow a full 3 to 4 weeks to receive shipment confirmation.

RETURN POLICY

Return Policy
We want you to love shopping with Cloud 9 Easy Go. If 
products purchased from cloud9easygo.com do not meet your
expectations, you may return them with the packing slip within 
30 days of purchase. You will be refunded the method in 
which you paid. Original shipping and handling charges will 
not be refunded. After 30 days, refunds will not be 
issued. Please contact cloud9easygo.com Customer Care via 
email at sales@cloud9easygo.com before shipping returned 
product.

PLEASE NOTE: Some items such as personalized, “final 
sale” and “personal care” items are non-refundable. See full 
“Non-Refundable Items” paragraph below for these 
exceptions.
 
Non-Refundable Items

Non-Refundable items include: personalized items and items 
marked as final sale or non-returnable. Personalized items 

and items marked as final sale or non-returnable are ineligible 
for refunds. Unopened/sealed items are acceptable for return.

We reserve the right to deny any return if conditions of this 
Return Policy are not met and/or if items are used outside of 
the manufacturer’s specifications.
